1. This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom excluding Northern Ireland aged 18 years or over. Employees of Constellation Europe Ltd, their families, agents, agencies or any persons professionally connected with this promotion are also excluded.
2. To enter this competition you must enter the unique code printed on the reverse of the instant win collaret of the promotional bottle of Hardys Stamp Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon or Hardys Stamp Semillon Chardonnay wine that was purchased ("the Unique Code") and your email address on the website at www.hardysgourmet.co.uk, alternatively text the word "Hardys" followed by the Unique Code to 80878. Your text message will be charged at your standard SMS rate.
3. Entries can be submitted from 1 March 2008 and must be received by 11.59pm on 31 August 2008.
4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible or delayed electronic entries, such entries will be void. No entries submitted via any other means will be accepted. The Promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the web entry route.
5. There are 100 prizes to be won. Each prize consists of one voucher of a total value of no more than £340, for two people to attend one gourmet cooking course ("Course") with a UK course provider as determined by the Promoter. Course booking is subject to availability. Each winner must take their prize by 31 August 2009. Travel to and from the Course and accommodation is excluded as are all other associated costs. The Prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with that of an equal or greater value.
6. There are 100 winner unique codes that have been electronically pre selected at random by computer ("The Winner Code"). All entries received by the closing date will be computer processed. Entrants who enter a Unique Code that matches one of the 100 Winner Codes are Winners and will be notified of this by text or email, depending on their method of entry and will be asked to claim their prize.
7. To claim the prize the Winners must send their proof of purchase, in the form of their original till receipt (till receipt must predate the winning entry) listing their purchase of the promotional bottle of Hardys wine, their full name, address, date of birth and the collaret including the Winner Code together with a self addressed envelope to Hardys Gourmet Cooking Course Promotion, Active Consultancy, Active House, 51 Wolsey Road, Esher, Surrey KT10 8NT to be received by 5 September 2008. The prize details will be sent to the Winner within 30 days.
