This Curry Course gives you the opportunity to show your culinary skills and learn how to cook some delicious recipes using only the freshest ingredients.The course will teach you how to cook a selection of dishes from a set menu which include;

Curry in a hurry
Dinner Party Delights
Vegetarian

Classes are no bigger than 3 people and will include all ingredients and recipes for all dishes that you have learnt to cook.
Each student will also take away enough food for two hungry people!

3 hour session in a group of no more than 3 people.

This Thai cookery experience entitles you to pick from a choice of practical master classes at Nahm restaurant within The Halkin Hotel London.

Head Chef Matthew Albert has devised a series of master classes covering different aspects of Thai Cuisine. The classes take place in Nahm's own kitchen with fantastic fresh ingredients flown over from Bangkok exclusively for the restaurant. Lunch will be served in Nahm's private dining room with a glass of wine.

The Practical Courses run on set Saturdays and are available throughout the year. The class begins at 10:00am with coffee and a briefing of the morning’s recipes.You will finish at approx 1:30 pm followed by lunch and a complimentary glass of wine. Courses finish at 3.00.pm.

Learn practical cooking skills from the professionals at one of the top cookery schools in London, Leiths School of Food and Wine. The Practical Courses run on selected Saturdays and are available throughout the year. The sessions reflect seasonality and provide easy dinner party ideas. They are relaxed and informative.

The classes begin with coffee and a briefing of the morning’s recipes. You will work in pairs to prepare and cook your own three course lunch during the morning, and then enjoy eating it with a glass of wine. Courses finish at approximately 2pm.

Practical course lasting approximately 4 hours.

These one day courses are designed for both serious enthusiasts and complete novices. The days are a mix of demonstrations and hands on practical sessions, giving you plenty of opportunity to get your hands dirty!

The courses cover a wide range of topics; from dinner party ideas to Thai and Chinese cuisine. Whichever course you choose, during the day, you will enjoy short demonstrations as well as hands-on cookery sessions, discussions and tastings.

Finally at the end of the day, you will get the chance to sit down and enjoy your culinary creations over a glass of wine.

Whether you would like to try your hand at Italian cookery, vegetarian entertaining, bread making and baking there is such a wide range of courses available your sure to find something that suits you.
With this experience you can equip yourself with the skills, knowledge and confidence to prepare delectable dishes and mouth watering meals learning how to sauté, stir, fry, flambé, marinate, steam and bake delicious dishes to tempt the taste buds just like the professionals.
The day starts at 10am and will be divided equally between demonstrations and practical cookery with a break for lunch with coffee.

The programme for day courses at Swinton Park covers a wide range of techniques and styles of cooking and are run by the Head Chef Simon Crannage. The recipes for each day have a theme, and a wide range of complementary dishes are prepared. There are a number of courses to choose from dinner party courses, butchery and meat courses, garden food courses and festive fare courses.

These courses start at about 9.30 am, finishing with a delicious late lunch at 2 pm. There will be up to 14 guests per course.
